We had an awesome group trip here! The staff was super friendly and super helpful. Great breakfast options nearby, and we loved visiting the Empire State Building and the High Line. Just a heads up, the facilities fee seemed a bit much for not having more amenities. But overall, it was a great place to stay, comfortable, and in a prime location.
One downside was the musty smell in our room, which was pretty off-putting. It really affected the overall feel of our stay.

The staff was helpful during my stay, which made my experience more enjoyable. The room was spacious and had a nice view, making it a good spot to relax after a day of exploring. The location allowed me to easily dive into the local culture, especially the lively atmosphere around. I really appreciated the atmosphere upstairs too, where I could unwind with a drink after a busy day.
The WiFi did not work initially, which caused some inconvenience. I dealt with a few issues regarding key cards that were demagnetized and had to wait for replacements during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Empire State Building and other attractions, offering clean rooms and friendly staff. The rooftop bar is delightful, but the slow elevators can be frustrating, and the facility fees add up quickly. Still, it’s a decent option for a short visit.
